Very bad experience, never coming back here again. Had went in to do a glasses for progressive, the first time I went to do was at about $500++, I had asked them about the frame being suitable for me and they replied with it will be fine …
Obvious design flaws with the frame. The middle part is connected by a short piece of metal, which breaks the plastic slot easily. Store aunties claimed that they are unaware of this flaw, and they Refused to repair or replace. and tried to trick me to buy a new one.
The service staff are extremely professional and even more important, treat after sales support as carefully as pre-sales. Even after I received my glasses they were very attentive to my needs and I will highly recommend them!
