Everything was smooth, pleasant and efficient. Staff was courteous, helpful and respectful, can speak Mandarin, and our queue number was called very punctually on time. Waiting area was spacious and quiet with sofas. Hope more other government offices could be like this branch.
Don’t try to park at the public carpark near the cpf building as it’s always full and congested. Park at Jcube and walk over which is less than 5 mins. Lots of lift landing. Got to know which one you are going to. The pictures show how I walked from Jcube.
