If you are looking for a print job. This is a good place as they have many shops there. Also the Wantan Noodles located at level 1 is awesome.
Great place for interview but the lift is a bit scary
Just like an old typical warehouse building. No passenger lift, only cargo lift available. Nearby MRT is ubi station downtown line. However it takes about 20mins walk from the MRT station. Opposite Comfort delgo driving centre. The nearby restaurants are quite expensive though. Overall experience is average.
