Plus, I can schedule my sessions weeks in advance! Really helped me to cultivate my workout habits as a beginner to Piloxing and Yoga.

I truly enjoy their piloxing classes - it's a great combination of pilates and boxing that will leave you feeling invigorated and challenged. GLOWco's a safe, welcoming place for women to let loose and have fun while burning calories at the same time all thanks to their amazing staff and instructors!
