Was looking for masquerade masks & they have many options for us to try on. Feels comfortable browsing around during weekday lunchtime. Staff is patient as they leave us to try on their masks. When we asked to get a brand new piece after trying on the old piece (reasons being the old piece was too old and was itchy), the staff checked and refused letting us get a new piece. They reasoned that customers must buy costumes instead of renting them, because they don't have any sufficient number of those in stock, neither are they planning to stock them as new pieces. We did not leave empty-handed tho but just wanna have nicer customer experience as a rental service, as they have a wide selection of other costumes. They take the time and effort to clean their rental costumes and are actually of decent quality.
