The nurses on the 10th floor, operating room and the one who helped in my recovery, were all exceptional. I can't thank them enough for the care and kindness. Same to Dr Wong, he did an extraordinary job in fixing my leg.
The hospital staffs are very friendly and give warm hospitality to us when we were waiting. It is comfortable to wait and the doctors were able to get to us quickly. The treatments and medications were given to me promptly.
Overall experience is good. Doctors and staffs are friendly and approachable. Clinic is clean and tidy. Wait time is manageable. Price is affordable. Ambience and decor are nice and comforting.
This is not the first time I've received healthcare here and so far everything checks out. I've been satisfied primarily with their professionalism and waiting time. Keep it up!
Overall, a great experience. All the staff were amazing from the receptionists to the ward nurses, the anaesthetic doctors and the consultants. The standard of care was exceptional and everyone was kind and helpful.
Overall, the service was quite reasonably priced. My visit went smoothly and the doctors were quite professional. The staff were friendly and accommodating on the ward. So far, I can see no improvement that needs to be done.
It was my first time getting treated here and I was pleasantly surprised by everything. The hospital is beautiful and clean, the staff is kind and knowledgeable and the service is timely and efficient.
I'm sorry that i'm only giving this rate but I do hope that they will improve in a lot of areas in the future. It just felt that we were being pushed from one place to another and that they were trying to rush us through the appointments. I don't know, it just didn't feel right.
