extremely disappointed to see the automated billing counters not being open till long hours in the morning hours. Today it's 7.45am and not open yet. There are long queues in manual counters making purchases vert difficult
Queue for payments is always ridiculously long. The reason is because only one or two counters are open when there are so many rows of counters available but are close. Most of the time only one is open. Doesn't help too that the place is cramped.
