1. Why wasn’t self kiosk counter open past 11pm? After it’s open, the Indian man cashier should direct the rest of queuer at the back of me to self kiosk? 2. Why there isn’t any self weighing machine to weight the fruits? This is one of the missing in Giant store.

Good that it operates 24hr. But usually late hours, it can be understaff and the self-service kisok may not be available. Depending on staff, ever had bad experience with staff before.
