Accompanied my elderly mum to enquire about the Yuu card. Was attended by Mr James in white short sleeve uniform. Five stars is given to him for being so patient and friendly, despite having some works on hand.

I like the convenience of having a 24-hour supermarket nearby and the variety of items they offer. However, I do find that there are often long queues at the cashier, especially during peak hours. This can be quite frustrating as it takes a while to bill and get your items. Overall, though, I am satisfied with my shopping experience at this supermarket.
I recently had a bad experience at this supermarket when I bought two boxes of Magnum ice cream. When I got home and put them in the freezer, I noticed that the frozen area was all dismantled and the ice cream had clotted like flour. It also had a bad smell, indicating that it was already rotten. I was disappointed with the quality of the products and feel that the store is poorly managed.
The staffs in this supermarket are generally friendly and helpful. I had a pleasant experience when I accompanied my elderly mum to enquire about the Yuu card. Mr James, who was wearing a white short sleeve uniform, attended to us and was very patient and friendly. Despite having other works on hand, he took his time to explain the card to us. I would give him five stars for his excellent customer service.
