Took my old sunglasses down to be tightened before I leave town. XinYi went well above her responsibilities and replaced the screws. It's been many years and nobody's ever solved the problem as to why the screws couldn't be tightened until Xin Yi. Shows what someone with initiative can do! Thank you very much again
