We have an emergency parcel and we inform we will be pick up on the gdex office and the person promise say yes and do a remark on it. And when we go the next day,the person pass the parcel to third party to deliver and need to wait 1-2 …
Very disappointed about service. Call Untill x10+ times also never pick up phone , parcel delay not even call to inform .VERY BAD service to Singapore Gdex
Poorest service level. No professionalism at all!! I am one angry customer who's been waiting for my parcel to be delivered at Rangoon 88 which is literally 2.4KM away from their place. Waiting since 27th of December 2022 and still not sent! But they can go on their half day today right on time! What kind of service is this?
