The claim procedures are way beyond my expectation. I have provided documents after documents based on their request and eventually my claim was rejected due to sufficient evidence. There are no such issue encountered before with other insurance. I switch to them because of the “cheaper” price but come with such a great experience.

They cancel and give me full refund of my car insurance when i request to do so within 7 days of paying up. There is no harsh in the transaction and i give a credit to their fast respond. i still hold other insurance with FWD. i like the way when less interaction require and not like the conventional agent-link insurance.
