I had a terrible experience dealing with Futron Electronics. Their sales manager, James, was unresponsive and provided extremely slow service. I had to constantly follow up with them to get any sort of response. Overall, I would not recommend them.
Futron Electronics has very poor customer service. The sales manager, James, is unprofessional and does not respond to calls or emails in a timely manner. I had to constantly reach out to him for updates. Not recommended.
