Line has been engaged, dialed in almost 50 times. Officer told me that they will get back to me regarding my collection but no news. Hopefully, the cs team will be able to handle more enquiries efficiently in the future. It is almost like a waiting game...
Didn't know FUPO exist until I received a letter informing my lost wallet is there. No parking available. Not easy to access
