I just went into the Funfit at Nex and had one of the worst customer service of my life. I had entered the store as I was looking for a swimsuit for my upcoming trip. I was browsing swimsuits for myself and took 2 pieces. I did see a sales staff standing near me but she didn't approach me at all. I asked for assistance and the sales staff said she will come over but she was talking to another staff about a personal matter and went to the back of the store. I had to wait for another few minutes before she came and even when she did, she was uninterested and seemed unwilling to help me find what I was looking for. It was a disappointing experience and I will definitely not be returning to Funfit again.
