Fukai way of work is very interesting, I had a design and build featured pond. Thus need to wait for good 8 weeks for delivery. The terms is COD, cash on delivery, however they insisted on payment before delivery. The specification is to my satisfaction. There were a few hiccups during installation but was resolved quickly and professionally. Overall, would recommend them.

I recently purchased a water feature from Fukai, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and product. The stone they provided turned out to be fake, and they did not inform me about this before the purchase. Additionally, after a few weeks, I noticed algae growing inside the water feature, causing a foul smell. I tried contacting Fukai for an explanation, but they did not respond. I will never go back to them and I strongly advise others to stay away.
