Totally no sense of ownership. Email personal photos also can send to wrong email. When asked to re-write the email address and re-send didn’t inform that the email was sent. Stood there waited till approach the staff and the staff replied email sent already. Very poor service.

Although I came here to take a passport photo as a last minute decision, bringing a white shirt unsuitable for the white background and with hair that covered my eyebrows, the staff responded patiently and helpfully.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. They made mistakes with my order and did not apologize or offer any solution.
