Ordered my moon cake through the corporate discount and the overall process has been messy from the start. There is no indication of how to pay and when to collect the mooncakes. When I arrived at the warehouse to collect my order they told me they had not received any payment from me. It took a long time to sort it out and eventually they found my payment. Not a great experience.
