1 star, will not approach again, communication was done about 1 month prior to our HIP. Informed them once we got notified on the exact dates and they suddenly said they can’t come because they have other orders due to Christmas. We already informed beforehand that HIP starts roughly about end November to December.
I had a terrible experience with Fresh Vibes Cleanic House cleaning service. I had made arrangements with them well in advance for a house cleaning during our home improvement project. However, when I informed them of the exact dates, they suddenly said they couldn't come because they had other orders due to Christmas. I had already informed them beforehand about the approximate dates. This lack of communication and last-minute cancellation was extremely frustrating. I will not approach them again for their services.
