Food too salty and small portion eat not full and able collection 15 items only plus the app very confusing complicated they say every 1St of months after 2pm will get the points but I received nothing .and have to wait for ninja van to pick up deliver items people who nothing to eat will be big problem with 15 pack how to survive.

Thank you for your great work. I have some feedback from my beneficiaries the food is either too plain or too sweet (butter chicken) cardboard smell (mushroom soup) too salty (sesame chicken) I don’t want the donors money to be wasted bcuz …
