I had the worst experience at this photo lab. The staff who is a Chinese middle aged short haired lady, doesn’t wear glasses, was extremely rude and not helpful at all. It felt like she was totally not attentive at all and did not even look at me to answer my queries. Avoid this useless shop run by dgaf employees at all times!

I visited Foto Express Photo lab to get my passport photo taken. I was disappointed with the service I received. The staff were not helpful and did not advise me on the requirements for the photo. They charged me $18 for a softcopy only, but my application was rejected due to cloth color coding. When I returned to the shop to complain about this, they wanted to charge me an additional $10 for another soft copy. It was a waste of time and money.
