Stay clear of this dreadful agency! Right from the outset, Calvin pressured us into confirming our domestic helper quickly and insisted on receiving full payment, which we complied with. After that, he informed us that it would take 6-8 weeks to process the helper's work permit. When we asked for a refund, he refused. We are now left without a helper and out of pocket by several thousand dollars. This is not how a reputable agency should operate. Avoid at all costs!
