Well organized flow of the procedure. I finish my appointment very fast without delay. I can only complain the person who do the swab test. My nose slightly bleed after a really deep poking on my nostrils. I wish he could be more gentle. …
Ignore the sms received and do not come on time. The earlier you arrive, the longer you wait. The swab itself takes less than 5 minutes but the bad logistics makes the whole thing last more than an hour. If your appointment is at 9:00am …
