Reading all the positive reviews, we were excited to shop here. But the rudeness of the one female staff there was unbearable. She was even making faces at us and was trying to rush us out of the shop even though we bought a few pens!!! Extremely unprofessional. Will not return.
First time getting a fountain pen, sale person was very welcoming and able to meet my budget, very knowledgeable able to explain me the different in nib material and how to use etc.
Great place to buy premium pens. Variety and service is good.
