Current condo engaged services from Focus Strata Management - not responsive to resident’s emails. Also emailed to the Directors of this MA, still no replies. Seems like “Focus” Strata Management isn’t that focused after all. Do not engage this MA.
Would advise anybody to rethink again before engaging services from Focus Strata Management. Unresponsive MA, not concerned about maintaining the estate at all.
