Very friendly staff and encouraging personal trainers. Great gym for a workout with the various exercise machines or/& workout classes. Spacious place with many different exercise machines. Best of all, can dip in swimming pool after workout. Clean shower/bathroom.

Hi fitness first, please do not charge penalty when someone cancels a class. If u charge penalty, most people may not cancel it and this will not allow others who are already at the gym to attend the class. I paid extra money for group classes and am unhappy if I dont get a class to attend.
