Unrelated to the appliances itself. I had an encounter with a very rude staff from the showroom. I was sitting on the benches outside when a he came by to ask who I am. I told him I was just waiting for a friend and politely asked if I could stay. He then told me that the benches were for customers only and asked me to leave. I felt very humiliated and disrespected by his attitude.
