I was prepared for a 2 hour wait for my turn based on all the reviews here but it took me 10 min for registration, 15 min to be called for my scan, which was faster than the 30 min to 60 min wait that they indicated at the centre. I was pleasantly surprised! The whole process was smooth.
My wife registered at 0906am and the appointment is at 0910am. After waiting for 1hrs 30 min at 1036am. Went to the counter to check why so long. The staff did not even listen to me finish talking , kept telling me to register. Which my wife already did if not how does she have the queue no. Bad customer service.
The wait time is ridiculously long. I waited in the cold reception where many patients who registered after me went in first. …

I was pleasantly surprised by the short wait time and smooth process at the Fetal Care Centre. The registration took only 10 minutes and I was called for my scan after 15 minutes, which was faster than expected. Overall, it was a positive experience.
The staff at the Fetal Care Centre had bad customer service. My wife registered for an appointment at 9:06 am and we waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes until 10:36 am. When we asked why it took so long, the staff did not listen and kept telling us to register again, even though my wife had already done so. This was a disappointing experience.
