Worst service ever. My agent asked them to deliver docs to me 3-5 but they never come even after 6:30 saying it was raining. They even scolded me for making complaints instead. No one shouldn’t use them.
Worse service ever, ask them to deliver small parcel, collected the parcel at 10am, client waited till the next day and still hasn't receive it!!!! …

Their customer service is terrible. I called them several times to inquire about the status of my package and they were not helpful at all. They seemed annoyed and didn't provide any useful information.
The delivery took much longer than expected. I was promised that my package would be delivered within 2 days but it took over a week. This caused a lot of inconvenience for me as I needed the package urgently.
I had a negative initial impression of FCS Courier Service. The staff at the counter were rude and unprofessional. They seemed indifferent to my concerns and were not helpful in answering my questions.
I had to wait for nearly an hour before my turn at the counter. The staff seemed to be understaffed and were not able to handle the volume of customers in a timely manner. This is very poor service.
Overall, my experience with FCS Courier Service was terrible. The service was slow and inefficient. They failed to deliver my package on time and the customer service was unhelpful. I would not recommend using them.
