I would like to share my recent bad experience on my transferred domestic helper at Far East Employment services at Bukit Timah. The staff that handle my case is not customer centric. Very disappointed in the service.

I have never heard nor used them before and was very apprehensive about the 1-star bad review I read from a guy online 2 years ago. However, my experience with them was great. The staff was helpful and supportive throughout the process. I would highly recommend Far East Employment Services.

Worst experience ever. They didn't even submit our application and lied that our maid arrived in Singapore and failed the medical exam. Our maid didn't even come as her application wasn't submitted.
