I accidentally stepped on my glasses and both side of it popped out from the frames. It was badly crooked. Thankfully to the staff here, they were so kind & professional. They managed to fix it; at no additional charges. Even when I didn't get my glasses from here. Thank you so much!
Went to Jem outlet and served by Ms Stella Lee on 24 Jan 2023. She is a professional and patient optometrist. Our whole family is very impressed with her service and advice. Certainly going there again if we need a change of specs. Thanks!
