The lousier clinic i have visited with my cousin in Singapore that his company ask to go. Clinic nurses never talk nicely. Wasted so much time to travel up and down and Dr are on urgent leave then nurses ask to comes back at 2pm again ask to sit and wait for Dr. No update on Dr availability. If can’t do x-Ray in afternoon, they Should inform before paying fee. She nvr inform to me. She asked me to come second day morning form X-ray …and & second day afternoon 4:00pm for collecting report. Ohh my goodness just for one medical …

The staff at Express Medical Clinic were very impolite and unhelpful. They wasted a lot of my time by not informing me about the doctor's availability and making me wait for hours. They should have let me know beforehand if the x-ray couldn't be done in the afternoon. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
