This is the worst Freight forwarding company I believe so because they absolutely have NO customer services. I will list out ALL my encounters.
I was trying to find out the rough estimation on when can they deliver my shipment. I called their hotline but the person who picked up the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. He gave me a vague answer and hung up on me before I could ask more questions.
I decided to send them an email instead to get more clarity on the delivery timeline. However, it took them more than a week to respond to my enquiry. By then, I had already found another freight forwarding company to handle my shipment.
I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service from Express Freight Services. I encountered multiple issues during my interaction with them. Their staff were unresponsive and unprofessional.
In addition to their poor customer service, their facilities and amenities were also subpar. The warehouse where my shipment was stored was dirty and disorganized. It gave me a bad impression of the company.
Moreover, the value for money was not worth it. I paid a high price for their services but received poor quality in return. I could have gotten better service and experience elsewhere for a lower price.
The wait time to get a response from Express Freight Services was ridiculous. It took them days to reply to my emails and even when they did, they did not provide satisfactory answers to my questions. I had to constantly follow up with them.
I made a reservation with Express Freight Services but when I arrived at the designated time, there was no staff present to assist me. I had to wait for a long time before someone finally showed up and attended to me.
The quality of their services was extremely poor. They mishandled my shipment and caused damage to some of the items. I had to go through a lengthy and frustrating process to get compensation for the damages.
The initial impression of Express Freight Services was not good. The atmosphere in their office was chaotic and disorganized. It did not inspire confidence in their ability to handle shipments professionally.
The decor of their office was also outdated and unappealing. It gave off a sense of neglect and lack of attention to detail. Overall, my experience with Express Freight Services was terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Express Freight Services is by far the worst freight forwarding company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is non-existent and their facilities are in a state of disarray. I regret choosing them for my shipment and will not make the same mistake again.
