Just had the WORST experience at Eureka Raffles City. The service staff is extremely rude. She scolded customers for wanting to try their new flavours and said that customers should ask her for permission to try any samples. With such staff's attitude, Eureka is simply driving potential customers away.

This was exactly the Eureka popcorn experience I was hoping for! After hearing about this famous brand and seeing various flavours sold in convenience stores, I really wanted to try out the different flavours before buying. The staff at the Raffles City branch were so friendly and accommodating. They patiently let me try different samples and explained all the available flavours. I ended up buying 6 cans and 1 bag of popcorn. The popcorn is delicious and the service was excellent. Highly recommend Eureka Popcorn!
