Bought medicine for my kid. Paid full price for an item without member price as was in a rush. After paying, Noticed that there was 20% off for members. Asked the sales person about it and she said too late as i already paid full price. Maybe they can encourage us to sign up for member first since its free.
Staff lack knowledge on products. Ask for herbs to cook tonic soup, staff pointed to the whole shelf and said everything also can use to cook tonic soup. Furthermore it is more expensive than other shops
