STAY AWAY from this property management agency. It nearly run the mcst into shambles from the lack of any management. Appropriate payments and routine maintenance were delayed resulting in fines being incurred unnecessarily. Routine inspections were not carried out, leading to neglected areas and further damage. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I had a terrible experience with Eton Associates. The property was not well-maintained and repairs took forever to be done. The management was unresponsive and did not take our concerns seriously. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
