Went to put air on my tyres, found not working. Even the kiosk personnel were not helpful. Feel lot of work need to be done by management to improve the customer experience.

Horrendous service. Servicemen at the car wash are rude and behave like gangsters, making snide remarks and grumbling at every step. For $11 or 250 Esso points, expect to be bullied, and your vehicle to still be dirty and wet at the end of it.

Sometimes the air pumps are not in working order.
