Limited ways to pay bill, can't use either AXS or SAM. Was given option to make bank transfer after calling to check and I was not told to indicate the account number I am paying for in the transfer and I need to chase for one day for them to verify that my payment was made for the rightful account.
You should have included the $2.50 administrative charge (clause 4.1.4) in your fact sheet.
