Very expensive ERP here. Getting more expensive into evenings. Only time that's free is late morning 11am-12pm. Strange enough.
This is a very busy traffic flow nearby Chinatown people park complex,OG, people park centre and nearby hawker stall ,shop in the surrounding, outram mrt station around the corner
