I wish to highly compliment my agent, Arun Kumar (R063401A) for his excellent services. Since 2020 he has represented me in the renting out of my apartment in my condo twice (2020 and 2023). Each time he would go out of his way to stage my apartment beautifully, taking professional photos and videos, creating listings that would attract potential tenants. He was also very responsive and always kept me updated on the progress. Both times, he managed to find good quality tenants within a short period of time. I would highly recommend Arun Kumar for his professionalism and dedication.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Alice Cho, ERA Real Estate Agent My experience working with Alice Cho, the agent from ERA Real Estate (9721XXXX), was extremely disappointing. She was unresponsive to my queries and did not provide me with the necessary information I needed. When I asked for clarification or additional details, she was dismissive and unhelpful. I found it difficult to trust her as she seemed more interested in making a quick sale than in providing good customer service. I would not recommend working with Alice Cho.
