If I am able to provide 0 stars and post this comment, i will do it. Submitted a RFQ to Eng Guan Hardware. Their sales staff, James submitted a one liner quotation, with just the price only. Double check whether their quote matches the requirements or whether any other costs which are not stated. Sales staff suggested I purchase only 1 instead of 2, which should fulfill a RFQ asking for 2. Another sales staff, Nancy suggested that I purchase price to price conversion kit, even tho I specifically mentioned no price to price conversion kit which they did not provide. James went on to justify why they did not provide until I sent Nancy's email. And his reply was also out of point. Here is the reply: James decided to justify by the problem caused by the price to price conversion and not explain why they suggested to buy from the supplier that's 4 times the price which can be found locally. If it was too their advantage let me know. Even though delivery would have made up the difference. Let's not talk about recommendation to purchase a product not in the RFQ.
