Been training here on and off since they first opened. Friendly yet tough coaches who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure our techniques are corrected. Really enjoyed every training sessions.

It was a exciting journey. The coaches teaches with passion. The classes is always fun and challenging. I lost a lot of weight in a few months with the coaches encouragement and motivation to push on.

Very expensive for bone setting treatment at the instant pain clinic and dont see that they have proper certification. However, the treatment has been effective and would recommend it. I would come here as last resort if all else fails
