So far have had to process 2 complicated passport renewals, and 2 newborn passports issuances, total of 4 passports in 3 years. Staff are efficient and helpful; a great extension of the familiar approach from home. …
We applied for a newborn passport and the process was very efficient , organized and friendly. Thank you in particular to Elizabeth and Fiachra who were in regular communication with respect to the requirements and delivery status, thank you
