I have been training with Elevate 360 since August 2019, with Goo as my personal trainer and Chee as my functional trainer. Aside from wanting to get strong physically and lose some weight, I have chronic knee and back issues. Goo is an amazing trainer who takes into consideration my limitations and works alongside me to build strength and improve my mobility. Chee has helped me achieve better balance and coordination through functional training exercises. Both trainers are highly professional, friendly and supportive. The gym itself is clean, well-equipped and has a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Elevate 360 to anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall well-being.

I had to wait for a few minutes before starting my training session, but overall the wait time was reasonable. The gym also allows for reservations, which is convenient.
