Great after-sales service! I made a mistake of purchasing item B (instead of A) on behalf, which costs more than what I had intended to buy. Initially, I thought it as a lost case when the seller didn't get back to my email (as obliging as they were during the purchase). But they got back to me eventually and allowed me to return item B and refund the difference in price. Very grateful for their understanding.
