I live in Ebony Mansions and overall I would give it a 4 star rating. The value for money is great, as the rent is affordable compared to other apartments in the area. The customer service and staff are also very friendly and helpful. However, my initial impression of the apartment complex was not great as the building looked quite old and run-down. The atmosphere is decent, but there are some cats in the yard which can be a nuisance. Overall, my experience living here has been positive.

The apartment complex is very diverse and has many offering amenities are so many… It has a very good atmosphere and clean surrounding. It is very safe to live here also the value for money isn’t so great but it’s fair. The building itself is visually pleasing as it has a beautiful structure and modern décor.
