The receptionist is rude. The first time to try the clinic this morning since we r moving nearby, and someone told me there is a clinic in the Makena so I decided to go there and wanted to see a doctor. So when I entered in I greet “Good …

Rude is an understatement by the staff at the counter… need to be trained on courtesy, patience and politeness… usually a walk-in and understand appointment is ideal but imagine staying next door and your child is running a very high fever and they are showing no courtesy and treating you indirectly. By indirectly I mean they deliberately keep themselves busy and don’t want to attend to any parent who walks in without appointment. I confronted them regarding this, instead of apologizing they confronted me back showing their attitude. I had a very bad experience today.

Then then receptionist…. she is rude and she said no more appointment. We are not sure and only ask. She said very rudely if you do not have the appointment there is no way you will be able to see the doctor. She is looking to the PC but she very rude as ask her nicely she doesn’t have manners like neoliberal they only gave RESPECT to some of the NATIONAL.
