Customer service very poor! I cancelled my registration not even seeing the doctor. Can’t even spare me a mask! when i genuinely forgot to bring it. I am willing to pay for it. The look the front desk gave also belittling. The doctor just lost a potential patient because of the service desk.
Dr Goh is a fantastic doctor that has taken care of my breathing since I was a student many years ago. Also extremely happy with the service provided by the staff nurses, especially Chelsea, for always being helpful!
