Eric was at the counter today and he was very helpful and patient. Thanks to him my V11 has been revived again. He was courteous and very professional. We spoke about the v15 and just maybe it's time to upgrade. Thanks again guys.
Terrible store that gave me a faulty product and couldnt even give me a new product or repair the dryer for close to 1 week. Wanted to repair my current hair dryer hence walked in but chose the trade in option instead of repairing my current hair dryer. The trade in value was disastrous and ended up purchasing a very expensive hair dryer which spoilt within just days. Managed to speak to customer service to get a new one but the service centre kept delaying and failed to deliver within the promised timeline.

For impeccable services rendered throughout my recent purchase of the Dyson V 15 vacuum cleaner , Mdm Irene Yong has displayed professionalism personified, unmatched by service crew of many other sales outlets . With utmost patience , Irene had answered all questions on the product I had posted through email with utmost satisfaction.I would like to take this opportunity to reassure her management of her work ethics, dedication , and the extent she would go to ensure customer happiness. I hope Dyson management would recognize her worth .
