For impeccable services rendered throughout my recent purchase of the Dyson V 15 vacuum cleaner , Mdm Irene Yong has displayed professionalism personified, unmatched by service crew of many other sales outlets . With utmost patience , Irene had answered all questions on the product I had posted through email with utmost satisfaction.I would like to take this opportunity to reassure her management of her work ethics, dedication , and the extent she would go to ensure customer happiness. I hope Dyson management would recognize her worth .

Terrible store that gave me a faulty product and couldn't even give me a new product or repair the dryer for close to 1 week. Wanted to repair my current hair dryer hence walked in but chose the trade-in option instead of repairing my current hair dryer. The trade-in value was disastrous and ended up purchasing a very expensive hair dryer which spoilt within just days. Managed to speak to customer service to get a new one but the service centre kept delaying and failed to deliver within the promised timeline.
