A fantastic workshop that taught me more than I could have hoped for about coffee and its making! The barista course was very informative, well explained and fun at the same time. We got a lot of information from history, over beans to coffee quality and equipment. I can highly recommend this workshop held by our lovely host Serge.
Had the original greek recipe Cafe Frappé prepared by the amazingly friendly Serge???? it is always a pleasure to enjoy a great coffee and company! Looking forward to my next visit???????? …
